We mimicked the style of the original fireplace in the entry sitting area to the kitchen hood which helped bring new and old elements together. With the blue cabinetry for the kitchen island, it gives the space a more avant-garde feel without being inconsistent from the rest of the home. We followed the same style in the master bedroom and bathroom. The mosaic backsplash in the bathroom ties the tile in the shower all together in a masculine yet polished design that will never go out of style. The custom iron sconces pair well with the chrome mirrors, which happen to be medicine cabinets. This gives a whole new take on those "out of date" medicine cabinets that everyone seems to think of. As you make your way to the back patio, we completely revamped the space - adding in exterior iron sconces as well as chandeliers that add to that Spanish Revival feel outdoors as well as in the interior. The mosaic tile on the steps give the space an added flair. We have provided two different seating areas that can either be separated or inclusive - great for any outdoor gathering.
