“Design can be art. Design can be aesthetics. Design is so simple, that's why it is so complicated.”

- Paul Rand

A recent publication billed one of Cheryl's cover kitchens as, "The Kitchen That Works". For some this may represent a visual aesthetic masterpiece, a warm comforting family refuge, or for others form following function, a gadget playground or a stage to create gastronomic delights. From a carefully structured interview process, Cheryl transforms your style and unique needs into the ultimate "Kitchen That Works" for you.

Kelsey Dobil has recently moved to Southern California and has worked in the design industry for a year and a half. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2013. Kelsey used her college internship to gain valuable field experience and her growing background in high end residential design is something that continually motivates her. She is excited to showcase her abilities and continue learning at Hamilton Gray Design.

Recognized as an innovative professional in the world of kitchen and bath architecture and design, Cheryl Hamilton-Gray has been designing kitchens and baths in the United States from coast to coast since 1988. Clients have followed her from the East Coast across the country and in multiple cases she has worked on 3 and 4 separate projects for her loyal followers.

She loves to tackle design challenges where others have failed and takes a unique approach to designing outside the proverbial "box". Her inspiration comes from nature, architecture and exploring the senses and desires of her clients.

As an immigrant to the United States she brings with her architectural and cultural influences from other continents, which compliment her original designs. Editors have commonly commented how her sensibility of balance, functionality, originality and textural harmony are recognizable in styling from High-Tech to Cozy Country.
